Explore What Makes You Happy

I will be exploring just that in the upcoming weeks. 

One thing that I have been running across lately is that the saying is true, Life surely is too short. 

Don't be stuck in a rut. I do realize that many times this is easier said than done, but then take steps to work on that. 

Whether it is taking an extra 5 minute walk to get just a bit of fitness in, or 10 minutes sitting outside in the sun or moonlight for meditation or just to chill out, or working an obscene amount of overtime at work to get you out of debt so you can be in a position to take a sabbatical and find out what you want to do when you grow up although technically you've been a grown up for twenty-something years...
